In this Zoom-based game, you will be presented a series of mystery medical cases. These are the exact same ones that medical students are tested on! The game is hosted by Dr. Sanjay Sharma, an eye surgeon and professor of Ophthalmology at Queen’s University and the founder of PreMedSKL – a new program where students can explore a career in medicine.
Hi, I’m Dr. Sharma.
“With medical school being so competitive (last year there were 5800 applicants at Queen’s for only 109 spots) and the pandemic limiting opportunities for students, we wanted to create an event for those who wanted to explore a career in medicine. The Medical B is the best way for students to start their journey towards becoming a doctor.”
