This application (now closed), is for Canadian Grade 11 students who have been nominated by their school to take part in the 2026 PreMedSKL Program. For more information on the nomination process please visit our Awards page.

Within the student application form, the applicant will be asked to answer a few short-answer questions. For a list of the short answer questions in order to prepare, please refer to the downloadable student info sheet. The responses must be authored solely by the student applicant. The use of generative AI tools (including ChatGPT) for responses is strictly prohibited.
